I received the Banarasi tissue silk saree today, but I noticed some visible thread pulls and weave damage on the body (sharing a photo for reference). I understand that minor variations can occur in handwoven fabric, but these snags look more like a product defect. Also, the color is totally different from what it looks like in the photos and reels shared on their IG page and website. It's nowhere close to gold color but it's some dull shade of peach. There's no shine and the saree looks dull /pale in actual. Now they are not replying because I want to return this damaged product.
