I’ve given 3 stars not because of the product quality—it’s actually very good, with a lovely texture, just as shown. However, the delivery was extremely delayed; I received it after 21 days, well past the function I intended it for. I had to arrange another outfit last minute, which was disappointing. I understand some delays happen, but this took multiple follow-ups via email and messages. That’s the only reason for the lower rating
