The saree came damaged with black stain somewhat like fungalinfected and requested for refund as per the shops policy via email. It has been two days no reply.. tried to contact via phone number saying that number is switched off.. don't know what to do my function is so close nd I have no enough time for an exchange for that also they need to respond first..
