Poor customer service

I ordered two sarees and got only this one delivered. Wanted to return this as it is of poor quality. Tried contacting through email and call but no response. They later called me to inform that the other saree I ordered was damaged so I have to select another one, I requested a refund instead and asked if I could return the saree I have with me. They said that I can only return damaged items according to their policy. Then they cut the call and when I asked about the undelivered product refund they are not responding in watsapp although the message is seen.
